Edgar Momplaisir is a comedian/writer/performer born in New York City, partially raised in McAllen,TX and now based in Los Angeles. Alongside performing with Harold team LeRoy and indie darlings Arcade Currency, Edgar enjoys writing and directing short films. He's been an artist-in-residence at the Echo Park Film Center and a Sundance New Voices Lab fellow. He's written on the Fox comedy show What Just Happened With Fred Savage and the 71st Primetime Emmy Awards. Credits also include new Gus van Sant film Don’t Worry, He Wont Get Far on Foot and NBC comedy Great News
