Brian McCann, winner of the prime time Emmy Award and six Writer's Guild Awards for outstanding comedy writing, is currently bringing his many talents to the stage with his new one man show, Brian McCann's Leisure Hour. Having written for Conan O'Brien for 17 years, Brian is best known for his hundreds of appearances as characters ranging from The Robot on the Toilet, Preparation H. Raymond, The Guy with Bullet Proof Legs, Minty the Candy Cane, and the omnipresent man in the audience constantly interrupting the show. In addition to his work on Conan, Brian has also been a guest star on NBC's 30 Rock and Parks And Recreation. Brian has also written for Dana Carvey, and worked with Dana on developing a sketch show for FOX and a sit-com for Tom Werner. Other credits include Head Writer for MTV's Nikki and Sara: LIVE, and Producer of FXX's Totally Biased with Kamau Bell. Before moving to New York to write for TV, Brian began his career in Chicago where he became a nationally recognized stand-up comedian with over a dozen TV appearances, and was invited to the inaugural US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, CO.
