Kay is an actor/writer and currentlly writes for the two-time Emmy winning NBC show, "30 Rock". Before writing for "30 Rock", Kay performed for several improv theatres including The Second City Las Vegas Mainstage, ImprovOlympic (Harold team Prefontaine and The Armando Diaz Show) BoomChicago in Amsterdam, and ComedySportz Chicago. While living in LA, she co-wrote and performed a three-lady sketch show called "Camp Hot" and played with the Harold team "Clark and Belmont." Just about every Saturday night, you can see her perform with her dear friends in "Let's Have A Ball". In 2008, she's won a Peabody Award and a Writers Guild of America Award for her work on "30 Rock." She's good times.
