Lance Rubin first appeared at UCB after landing the highly coveted role of Lance in a 6-month run of The Lance and Ray Show, which was followed by a run of The Lance and Ray Show: The Evil Inside. Recent film/TV work includes a guest-starring role on NBC's Mercy as Trevor the naked sleepwalker and the upcoming film The Music Never Stopped, in which Lance finally fulfilled his lifelong dream of staring skeptically at JK Simmons. He can also be seen with Katie Schorr, both in their web series Efficient Officiant and sharing meals at various New York City restaurants. Lance works regularly with musical theater writer Joe Iconis (Bloodsong of Love, Things to Ruin) and has also worked with William Finn (at Barrington Stage). He's also performed at the Williamstown Theatre Festival, the Ensemble Studio Theatre, and as Jim Carrey's mouth in the Polyphonic Spree's Eternal Sunshine music video. Lance is a graduate of Brown University, and when he goes to the movies, he usually gets Goobers. He would like to thank Ray Munoz for putting the time and energy into writing his own bio.
