A squad of UCB all-stars who played to their dedicated fan base of rowdy, packed houses every Friday night. For years. Gadget honed their form and style—the theatrical, ephemeral ‘Gadget’— at weekly practices long after their peers stopped rehearsing. And long after visionary coach Neil Casey just started playing with them. Audiences flocked to the show every week for the ‘Gadget’… and obviously for our truly bizarre opening acts. How bizarre? Picture an 80-something-year-old contortionist with a penchant for polka music, fire-breathing erotic acrobats who couldn’t look more like siblings, and so much college a capella — unforgettable acts that leave you thinking, “I don’t know if I liked that! But I know I’ll never experience that again!”
