Deborah Tarica

Deborah Tarica was born and raised in Los Angeles, and took a brief hiatus from her small-town life to earn a degree in film studies from UC Santa Barbara. She started at UCB in 2007 where she performed for several years on Delicatessen and The Great War on Harold Night, with Rough Cut: The Improvised Movie, Assembly (A UCB Faculty Show) and co-hosted Required Viewing, among other shows. She was a member of the UCB Touring Company, has been teaching at UCB since 2012 and was voted best teacher 10 years in a row by no one, because that’s not a thing. Deborah is a writer and actor who has appeared on Reno 911!, Bajillion Dollar Propertie$, Do You Want to See a Dead Body?, Hulu’s The Hotwives (of Orlando and Las Vegas) and more! You can follow her on most things @instantdeborah, but not on an escalator please. People who stand too close are weird.
