Betsy Helmer is an actor and improviser originally from Atlanta, GA. Her on-camera credits include: The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, FBI: Most Wanted, The Enemy Within and The Launch. She has performed on stages across the country including the Kennedy Center, New Stage Theatre, Pioneer Theatre Company and NY Comedy Festival. She currently improvises on Harold Night and tours with the UCB Touring Company.

She loves Mary Oliver, Yoga, and making pudding.
