Angel Yau is a comedian, actor, writer and filmmaker from Queens, NY. She was on the digital teams, Scraps and Lash. She was an actor for the Maude team, “What Would Do.” Angel performs as “Quirky Rice” in the musical comedy group “AzN PoP!”
She also produces and hosts “Asian American Film Thing” and “Shoes off, Mouth off,” both shows featuring AAPI artists, filmmakers, and storytellers. You can watch her short documentary about being an Asian-American woman in comedy dealing with mental health on BBC Reel.
