The Message Board #6: Getting My Husband To Do The Big Deed

This project began June 12, 2007 when, after visiting a wedding message board, I was amazed by the many revealing, ridiculous, and rude conversations that were happening online. I'm not sure what shocked me more: the fact that some people find such false courage when posting anonymous message board comments OR the fact that some people use their real name when posting extremely personal message board comments! Confused and amused, I decided to start bringing these wedding message boards as well as other message boards (parenting, gaming, entertainment, etc) their many characters to life through my video series The Message Board. Everything you see on this site is inspired by REAL message posts, they may not be word-for-word (hence the word inspired), but lots of them are pretty darn close. What I do is I find great message board discussions, change the names (for privacy) and change/add some of the lines (for comedy) and then act out the conversations for you to enjoy!
