Simone Michelle is an actor, singer, social media influencer and motivational speaker hailing from Los Angeles, CA. She's passionate about body positivity & social justice, and she plans to change the face of the entertainment industry to reflect diversity and inclusivity. She began her journey through the world of the performing arts at the 8 years old, participating in several church productions and middle school plays. She attended the acclaimed LA County High School for the Arts, studying acting and vocal music. Amongst her credits there are "Big River," Love's Labour's Lost, "Proof," "Stage Door," Antigone, and "The Laramie Project." Simone moved to study acting at Howard University, a historically black university. Though she didn't complete her stay there, she returned home to Los Angeles and continued her pursuit toward her dream of being a performer. She's performed in "Hairspray" as the role Motormouth Maybelle, and "Teacher" in "Playwrighting 101: The Rooftop Lesson" at El Camino College. in 2018, she joined the sketch team Fatch Comedy, a group of plus size women working to debunk stereotypes and giving a new definition of to the word "fat." Simone continues her studies at the UCB Training Center, establishing herself in the community and the industry, and will soon add a plethora of film and TV credits to her resume. She's currently performing on the Mess Hall team Bug Juice. Simone's boldness, wittiness, intelligence, and raw talent are unstoppable, and she is taking the world by storm.
