Kate Alleman graduated from the improv program at Dallas Comedy House in 2016. She initially got into improv because presenting storytime and other children’s programs at the library scared the bananas out of her. Level one, day one she knew she had discovered a perfect outlet for her weirdness and a lifelong passion. Since graduation, she has performed in the Dallas Comedy Festival and won King of the Mountain 2016 with her troupe Serious Robots. Kate was born and raised in Houston, Texas with a brief stint in Alaska. Her other degrees include a Bachelor’s in History and a Master’s of Library Science. Kate currently performs with Friends University, Serious Robots, Queso Queens, and All In.
