NATE CLARK is a comedic actor, writer and voice-over artist, currently writing and performing musical sketch comedy with the Quick & Funny Musicals company at the Upright Citizens Brigade Theater. He is a former member of the Groundlings Sunday Company. A friend recently told him that his look “personifies white privilege,” and he is still unpacking that. Nate works regularly as a voice performer, and he is currently the voice of promos for NPR affiliate 89.9 KCRW. His commercial clients include Wendy’s, Hewlett Packard, Hardee’s/Carl’s Junior, Mattel and many more. Oddly, he gets hired most often to sound like a dry-witted stoner type, a sort of combination between John Larroquette and Napoleon Dynamite. Whatever pays the bills, right? Recent voice-acting credits include ADHD (Fox), Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (CW), and Rachel Bloom’s album Suck It Christmas. Acting credits include Suburgatory (ABC), Hollywood Darlings (Pop), Dinner with Friends/Family… (Adult Swim), several things he doesn’t want you to see, and lots of videos on his YouTube videos (5 Million views to date. Wheeeeee!) Nate is an alum of the Fox Writers Intensive, and is the author of several television pilots, including Sugar High which is currently in development with Tom Broeker (Saturday Night Live). His animated series Somewhere In Palm Springs (co-written with his partner Allen Loeb) was featured at the 2015 Palm Springs International ShortFest. It’s about a bunch of gay hipsters who complain about nothing while sipping fruity drinks by the pool. Other television pilots include Granted (Fox), Miami Knights (FWI), Chiropractor/Poltergeist, and The Oddballs. Check out his website at
