Laura de la Fuente is a writer/performer based in Austin, TX. As a house performer at ColdTowne, she performs weekly with all-female improv powerhouse, Loverboy, and monthly with all-Latinx improv team, Prima Doñas. She co-hosts the monthly queer variety show, QueerTowne, and is also a writer/performer with queer sketch team, Martini Ranch. She has written and will star in the one-hour solo sketch show “Liz Behan: One Woman at Dusk,” in Fall 2019. She has been a part ColdTowne mainstage shows “Express Yourself,” “Title Fine: We Got Game,” B. Iden Payne Nominated “Damn Gina Presents: Nightwatch,” and B. Iden Payne Winning “Latinauts.” She has co-written and co-starred in Martini Ranch’s ColdTowne Mainstage sketch revues “This is (NOT) the Gayest Show You’ll Ever See,” “Queer & Now,” and “Hidden Valley.” She has performed in the Del Close Marathon (NYC/LA), San Francisco Sketchfest (SF), Austin Sketch Fest (ATX), Out of Bounds Comedy Festival (ATX), BettyFest (ATX) and Frontera Fest (ATX).
