Margaret Burrus is a New York based actor, singer and comedian from Nashville, Tennessee. While in undergrad at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill she was on the school's premiere improv and sketch comedy team, The Chapel Hill Improv Players (CHiPs). Margaret began studying improv and sketch with the Upright Citizens Brigade when she moved to New York and continues as an Advanced Study improv student. She’s one half of the video sketch group, Special Blonde Roast, and has been on a number of indie improv teams that perform throughout the city. Margaret loves biking, eating ice cream in bed, and has the unfortunate habit of laughing when she hears something tragic.
